These Terms govern your use of SQLified (the "App"), provided by Octet Software ("we", "us", or "our"). By using SQLified, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SQLified in accordance with these Terms and any applicable app-store terms.
2. Your responsibility
SQLified executes the queries you write against the databases you connect to. You are solely responsible for the queries you run and their effects, including any modification or deletion of data. We strongly recommend keeping backups and testing queries before running them against production data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SQLified for any unlawful purpose, to access systems you are not authorized to access, or to reverse engineer the App except as permitted by law.
4. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of or damage to data resulting from your use of the App.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Octet Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any.
6. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
